How to request deletion of your BlindBook™ account and data.
Your Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our systems.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- Hunt logs and harvest records
- Photos uploaded to BlindBook™
- GPS and location data
- Club memberships and affiliations
- All other personal data associated with your account
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, you can:
- In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Email: Send a request to info@waterfowlai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
Data We May Retain
In some cases, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction records for accounting and tax purposes
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
